Spiced apple and cinnamon over-night oats
Ingredients
- 50g oats
- 1 apple, grated
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 TBSP of Sticky toffee pudding from The Food Medic range of NWC
- 150-175ml of almond milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup of Fresh or Dried fruit, chopped
Method
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, adding the milk last to achieve the desired consistency.
- Transfer to a jar or airtight container and place in the fridge overnight.
Grab and go in the morning!
