Spiced apple and cinnamon over-night oats



  • 50g oats
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 TBSP of Sticky toffee pudding from The Food Medic range of NWC
  • 150-175ml of almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup of Fresh or Dried fruit, chopped




  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, adding the milk last to achieve the desired consistency.
  2. Transfer to a jar or airtight container and place in the fridge overnight.

Grab and go in the morning!
