Toffee Protein Truffles

Makes 10


¼ cup of peanut butter

1 scoop  toffee flavoured whey protein

1 tbsp + 1 tsp of coconut oil

50g of dairy free dark chocolate chips


  1. Combine the peanut butter, whey and 1 tbsp coconut oil in a bowl until if forms a dough.
  2. Roll into small balls (roughly 10!) and place in the freezer for 10mins to set.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
  4. Dip the balls in chocolate and place on a sheet of greaseproof paper.
  5. Pop the balls back in the freezer for 20mins to harden. Store in the fridge.
