Raspberry Cheesecake Smoothie

Allergen info: contains nuts.


  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup frozen Raspberries*
  • 200ml Almond Milk
  • 2 TBSP of Cashew Nuts
  • 1 TBSP of Raspberry and Coconut NWC protein from The Food Medic Range

*fresh may be used, however this will offer a less thick consistency


  • Combine all of the ingredients together in a blender and combine until smooth, ensuring all the nuts are finely chopped.
  • Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately – Tip: top with berries and chopped nuts!
