Raspberry Cheesecake Smoothie
Allergen info: contains nuts.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup frozen Raspberries*
- 200ml Almond Milk
- 2 TBSP of Cashew Nuts
- 1 TBSP of Raspberry and Coconut NWC protein from The Food Medic Range
*fresh may be used, however this will offer a less thick consistency
Method
- Combine all of the ingredients together in a blender and combine until smooth, ensuring all the nuts are finely chopped.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately – Tip: top with berries and chopped nuts!
