Blueberry Muffin Protein Pudding

11g of Gelatine

1 serving of Blueberry Muffin Diet Whey

120ml Water

100ml Milk

Berries to serve


Dissolve the gelatine in 120ml of boiling water.

In a shaker, mix the protein powder in 100ml of milk.

Add the gelatine mixture to the shaker and shake everything together.

Pour into a bowl and set in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours until it’s fully set.

Top with berries and enjoy.
