Our Ultimate ‘Healthy’ Shopping List

Supermarkets can be a minefield of ‘health’ foods as well as jam packed with tempting treats which can derail your attempts at healthy living. To help you stay on track we have put together a list of our staple healthy living food items. Whilst this is by no means an extensive list it will give you a good place to start, so you can be fully stocked up with all the things you need to prepare simple tasty food that also nourishes your body.

Meat & Fish

And finally, do not attempt your weekly food shop whilst hungry. Those freshly baked cookies will smell all too tempting and are more likely to end up in your trolley!
